To sit alongside our BREEAM Outstanding and Well Platinum accreditations, we’re proud to announce that we have achieved a NABERS Target Rating of 5 Stars with a signed Design for Performance Agreement at Welcome Building®.

NABERS UK is an environmental accreditation system for rating the energy performance efficiency of office spaces across the United Kingdom – with it comes a commitment on our part to achieve excellent energy efficiency in operation.

This will come from the many engineering and design interventions at Welcome Building® – like our connection to the Bristol Heat Network or by minimising heat loss and maximising daylight in order to reduce energy demand.

We look forward to working with NABERS UK and the independent design reviewers to secure our full Design for Performance licence and target rating.
