With Welcome Building®, we set out to create a resilient, sustainable, occupier-focused workplace, one that would set the bar for Bristol and make any business proud to call home. Digital connectivity and technology were key to this ambition, so we embarked on the process to secure WiredScore Platinum. We are only one of only a handful of buildings in Bristol to have achieved this level of certification and are in the process of securing SmartScore too.
