Being conscious of our footprint is important not just for our planet, but also for business — namely the people who work at Welcome Building® and their health, happiness and productivity.
It’s why we’re striving to achieve some of the highest levels of certification in sustainable building design, both in how we operate and how we want those inside to function and feel.
We’re proud to have won an Unlock Net Zero Award for New Build Development of the Year in the Midlands and South.
As the judges said “This project is all about performance, targeting and achieving a huge array of top-tier certifications while delivering net-zero operation and strong tenant well-being”.
Running Net-Zero all day...
