Spanning 26,303 sq ft and complete with its own private roof terrace overlooking Bristol, the fifth floor is one of the building’s most distinctive workspaces. The new lease sees Hargreaves Lansdown expand its presence at Welcome Building®, adding the fifth floor to the three floors (Levels 2, 3 and 4) it secured in 2025.
The agreement takes Welcome Building® to 91% let, with Hargreaves Lansdown joining DAC Beachcroft and Unite Group plc as part of the building’s growing occupier community.
