In the north-east corner of the first floor lies 4,500 sq ft of perfectly formed space, ideally suited to a smaller business.

With the vibrant Unite Students also located on the floor, our indicative Cat A+ design balances opportunities for collaboration with moments of privacy. Shaped by natural light and thoughtful planning, the space feels intuitive, flexible and easy to make your own.
