Another week = another Award Shortlisting! This time Welcome Building® and Trammell Crow Company have been put forward for New Build Development of the Year — in the Midlands and South, via the brilliant Unlock Net Zero Awards.

The awards are a prominent program in the UK housing and built environment sectors, specifically dedicated to recognising and celebrating efforts towards decarbonisation and achieving net-zero emissions.
